Tilshead Caravans can deliver any of our caravan hire fleet to the campsites within the Matterley Estate for the Boomtown Festival event.

We would usually expect to deliver and fully site and set-up your hire caravan, ready for your arrival. Popular optional items also include picnic table & chairs hire so you can relax in the sunshine!

 

Costs

Caravan hire costs are for the event duration, with delivery and collection by us to the event.

For example, Delivery of a caravan on Wednesday, ready for your arrival Thursday when the event starts. Collection again on Monday after the event ends Sunday afternoon.

You will need to book and pay the organisers of the event direct for any campsite/event fees and entry tickets. Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.

 

Campsites

We would recommend planning for the caravan to be delivered to the Campervan & Caravan Field:

 

Campervan & Caravan Field

All our caravans will fit into a standard caravan pitch of 9m x 5m, including if an awning is erected.
Please consider the space for your car if you wish to park one on the pitch. For our 15ft models there will be room to park your car in front of the caravan but for 18ft models you may need to park next to the caravan, leaving no space for an awning.

There is no electrical hookup available at the event, but all our caravans will run from the camping gas and 12V battery we supply
(so you can have a hot shower, use the fridge, oven, hob, lighting and so on)

How to Book

1. Check out our caravan hire pages on this website to decide on the caravan which may suit you best.

2. Request your caravan booking online, call us on Tel. 01980 863636 or Email Us for more details and to check availability.

3. Provisionally reserve your caravan for 48 hours to give you time to contact the event to check availability and book a campsite pitch.

4. Confirm your caravan hire booking with our usual £250.00 deposit to ensure you do not miss out!
